Frequently Asked Questions

How does hiring work?
Hiring starts with a conversation about the role. Tell us the responsibilities you want to hand off, the software your team uses, and the hours you need covered. We turn that into a clear profile of the skills, experience, and working style the role requires. We then source candidates against that profile and assess them for capability and fit, so the professionals we introduce are matched to your work. Because the role is defined before we search, you receive candidates who understand the job, not a generic list of applicants.

What onboarding and training do you provide?
Once a virtual professional is selected, we set up their accounts and access in our systems and deliver five days of training before they begin working with your team. Their engagement is documented in a written employer employee agreement with Click-Hire, and they receive our standard onboarding materials and HR documentation. Training covers the core functions of their role, our standards for professionalism and confidentiality, and the reporting routines we expect. Onboarding is also where your needs come in. We review your instructions, processes, and the systems you use, so your virtual professional starts with an accurate picture of how your team works.

Can I get part-time or project support?
Yes. We offer three arrangements. Full-time support is for ongoing, dedicated work. Part-time support covers a defined number of hours each week. Project-based support is for a specific initiative, a backlog, or a time-limited need. The right fit depends on how steady your workload is and how your team plans to use the support. Contact us to talk through the volume, timeline, and structure of the work, and we’ll recommend an arrangement that makes sense for your team.

What hours will my virtual professional work?
Coverage is planned around your schedule. During your consultation, share your time zone, the hours you want covered, and any periods when you need uninterrupted coverage, such as deadline windows or client-facing hours. We’ll look at overlap with your team’s working hours and any schedule patterns that would help. Once the role is running, attendance and hours are tracked, so you can see when work was logged and confirm coverage is being met.

How will we communicate and coordinate work?
Clear communication keeps remote work on track, so we plan it with you before any work begins. We’ll discuss your preferred channels, such as email, chat, or video calls, and the task-management tools your team uses or wants to adopt. We’ll also set your reporting rhythm. Virtual professionals can submit end-of-day reports in a standard format, and we can align those reports with your preferred frequency and level of detail. Finally, we’ll define supervision: who your virtual professional reports to day to day, how questions and priorities are handled, and how feedback and performance concerns are addressed. Agreeing on these details up front gives your team a predictable working relationship.

How do you protect confidential information?
We take confidentiality seriously, especially for firms and organizations that handle sensitive client, patient, or case information. Before any work begins, we review your confidentiality requirements, including what information the virtual professional may access and what they must never share, store, or copy. We agree on authorization procedures, so you control who approves access and changes, and on how access to client systems is granted, monitored, and removed. Virtual professionals work under written agreements that include confidentiality obligations. For your privacy and ours, please do not include client or patient names, case details, or medical records in the inquiry form. We’ll review those requirements properly during your consultation.
